Who narrates the show Street Monkeys on the Smithsonian Channel?

My husband and I were flipping through the channels and found this show. We were wondering who does the narration because it sounds a lot like Dee Snider. I tried looking it up but couldn't find anything. Can someone please help me? Thanks.
