I am uming that you are not yet skilled at 17. All they need is a strong body, that's it. You can be dumb as a pole, they will hire you if you have muscle. You can hang outside Home Depot with the Mexicans. A sbag contractor should pick you up. You have the skill of speaking english. You can also work your way up being an apprentice.
