Why do people call me a wimp for playing soccer?

I think the reason some guys discredit soccer is because your not normally tackling people, there isn't a lot of contact like in la cross, football, rugby, or hockey. I'm a girl and i don't think there is anything wrong with a guy who plays soccer! TENNIS IS NOT A WIMPY SPORT!!!!
