Rate/fix my elemental hero deck?

I just can't see this deck being any good; you have no staple cards (bottomless, solemn judgment, solemn warning, Mystical Space Typhoon, Monster Reborn, Dark Hole, etc.), there are normal monsters in here; yeah its a hero deck but normal monsters suck. Deck is way too slow, hero's are more for support then they are main deck material
