P blocking and run blocking tips for an offensive lineman please.?

I don't wanna hear any "go for the knees". Tell me the proper use of hands in p blocking. And what to do if the rusher is quick. Also, what to do when you already have his hands on him and he still tries to disengage. Some run blocking tips would be nice too.
