Stupid, but ok at same time....?

My friends aare in a fincial mess up. They plan to sell AVERYTHING.... their 4 dogs, cat, 5 horses, two HUGE trailers, house and cars and rent a house. I want one of the dogs. the cat is like 12, and the horses, ahhhhh! Do you think it is smart to drop everything, and take thier kids off horses, and 4-H! I understand and all. but, I just think this is odd!
