What do I not just leave him?

We have been married for 8 years, We never really dated he never wanted to go anywhere. same as stayed the whole 8 years, at least 6 out of the 8 yrs he has slept in one bed and me in the other.We have not had in over 4 months,He never hugs me kisses me or compliments me on anything. We have no conversation, We both work hard and the all the bills are split equal.We have seperate accounts for everything. He will not visit my family if they come to our home he will spend very little time with them. I am 46 and still told that I am a very pretty lady and he is very nice looking but we have nothing in common, I am ready to leave!!Loveless less roomate type of marriage and he will not change says he will and he does not want a divorce but he has to be as miserable as i am.. The good side is we never fuss or argue..Help
