Painful bleeding pussing abcess/boil on bellyon piercing for the 2nd time PLEASE HELP ME! :'(?

Im 14 i had it pierced profesiionally (�40) for the first time about 2 months ago its fine but a week or 2 ago this bacterial pocked got there and it popped and bled i was very scared i went to the doctor and piercer he just gave me antibiotics and the piercer told me just use surgical spirit and dont take the antibiotics. so i continued with both of the things and now 1week later it has come in the same place!! and now its bleeding and this time the pain is around my whole stomach and im really scared someone please tell me what i can do at home right now because i know the doctor and piercer are going to give me the same advice. any suggestions or personal experience.. im very scared! im doing dea salt soaks i just dont know what to do anymore :'(help meeeeeeeeeeeee :(((((((((((((((((
