What do you understand about this topic:conflict view:while conflict theories agree that social institutions?

are organized to meet the basic social needs,they object to functionalist view that the outcome is necessarily efficient and desirable.they observe that the poor receive less individualized treatment than the rich citizens and see this unequal performance as typical of social institutions.For them ,social institutions help to maintain the privileges of the most powerful individuals and groups within a society while making others powerless.can you help me about this....thanks
