What are the symptoms of a missed miscarriage?

I am worried that I may have had a missed miscarriage. I have been spotting brown and light pink for about 3 weeks and I called the doc and she just said not to worry and she will take me at my 8 week appt. (I am 7w3d) My appt is Friday. But ever since I found out I was pregnant, my pee and l area has smelled different. Not foul but definately not like my normal self. I still have my normal pregnancy symptoms..sore and achy back and EXTREME tiredness. In fact, it has gotten worse over the week. But I am worried with the 'smell' and the spotting I may have had a missed miscarriage and the smell could be an infection. Although again, it is not a bad smell. Just not my normal smell. I don't have any STDs. I was checked before I got preggo so I dont think that is it. I've also had BV before and it doesn't smell like that at all. I don't know what it could be and I am worried. Anyone else with this problem?
