Why are people already hating on Randy Moss being traded to the New England Patriots? Do you think Moss ...?
The risk will always be there with Randy Moss. He is, for lack of a better word, an on the field. The evidence is all over the place over the years. But, there are many factors that people seem to miss, and one being that, if the Patriots were so concerned about his work ethic/attitude--ESPECIALLY with Goodell's new crusade over sportsmanship--wouldn't they have just said no? I have faith the Patriots made a good decision in picking up Moss. The Patriots as of late have been known for having receiving corps that can allow players to either stand out or blend well with one another. Yes, Moss has done a lot of speaking on why he has changed and etc., and yes, we can't make any real hammer drops only a couple/one day after the trade, but given the recent history on this franchise, I have faith that this pick will at least meet expectations, which right now is a solid speed guy who hopefully has something in him after some sour years. The last two teams he has been on haven;t been outstanding teams in terms of discipline, and anyone who has gone to NEw England recently has known they mean business and anyone is subject to benching/cutting if chemistry is not there. Especially with all the other new receivers on the team, Moss should know that this isn't his team--especially with the man behind center there. Good trade.
