Texas gun laws and background checks???? this is a little long.?

I always thought that any pistol pack in' fool could strut about all Texas with a loaded weapon? Apparently even they have some sensible delineations between a hostile, proven demeanor and the possible needs of a common citizen for self defense, meaning no harm, to display their fortitude in public- bravo, Texas! See? Even the right is coming around to some regulation even in the very state that enjoys the highest level of incarceration in the known world.
