I want to know why 32 storey wimpy building at Quayside was rejected?(in Newcastle)?

32 storey`s of Wimpeys...bloody hell even a Geordie couldn't cope with that...suppose it could maybe accommodate the Angel of the North lol...sorry pet just having a giggle...
