Is it possible to put a T3/T4 hybrid turbo on a standard e36 316i 1.8 engine?

I have an e36 316i 1.8, I have the option of putting a T3/T4 hybrid turbo on it. I don't want to open up the engine just yet. Is it possible to run the engine at low boost with this turbo with the standard internals? I've heard these engines are quite bulletproof. Is it possible to run a turbo on the standard ECU and injectors? Lastly, the engine has 85kW as standard, approximately what power will it make with this setup?
