How will Obama get Gaddafi without ground troops?

I know Obama keeps saying no ground troops but how do they expect to get Gaddafi without ground troops? Will Obama get around it by using mercenaries like Blackwater/XE? Will the al qaeda rebels that Obama is supporting be able to get Gaddafi out?
