Help ......... this is true.?

Ok so in my house we have a ghost or 2. for a couple days now the ghost has been turing the microwave on and off. then a few days ago i was walking around when i felt something tugging on my pants. and no i wasn't stepping on my own pants. this is a true story...plz help me..
